What are your training hours?

Monday - Friday: 5 am - 10 pm

Saturday - Sunday: 6 am - 10 pm


Do I need my own workout equipment?

No, Kim brings the gym to you! However, if you have your own home gym or equipment, Kim will integrate your equipment into your sweaty sessions. Kim educates clients how to properly use their personal equipment empowering you with confidence and knowledge to tackle a workout on days you don’t train with her.


Do you offer group sessions?

Family add-on rates are available for household members.

What is your service area?

Kicking With Kim serves Grand Rapids, Michigan and surrounding areas. If you are outside the service area, Kim charges the current IRS mileage fee for miles traveled outside the service radius. To determine if your desired training location is within Kim’s service area, please contact her here.

How much room do I need for a workout?

As long as you have a 10 x 10 foot space, you can have a sweaty session with Kim! If you feel limited by your available space, the great outdoors is always an option or simply removing your car from your garage-viola!
